Error while PIL test

I encountered an error while I did the processor-in-the-loop(PIL) test for a wind energy conversion system. The simulation lasted for about 5 hours and terminated as an error occured and this phenominon happened for three times. The error is as follows:

Error in 'MyPILBlockName' while executing C MEX S-function 'Boost_pbs', (mdlOutputs), at time 0.31435. An error occurred while calling into the SIL or PIL target connectivity implementation. RunToHalt: Timed out waiting for CCS to confirm completion.

Could anyone kindly give any advice to solve this problem?
