HOW TO FILTER ONE SCALOGRAM DATA USING OTHER AS A MASK?

I have coscalogram (wavelet cross spectrogram)(fig 1) and scalogram(fig 2) of instantenous phase angle of my data ....i want to find phase angle (fig 2)value for the peak value of wcs(fig 1)...how can i do that?....plz help...
