Hello,
Recently for our project we performed a database cleanup (described in https://fr.mathworks.com/help/polyspace_bug_finder_access/gs/database-clean-up.html#mw_ecb5e8b4-b324-486b-b8c2-240f6d26b5ec), which was suggested as a solution to us, in order to overcome the issue of large polyspace upload times during the polyspace cloud runs. Due to this, results which are more than 4 months or older have been deleted from the database.
However, it was observed that the comments that were added in the polyspace access, which were visible in the results from a day before the clean up, have also been erased after the first succesful run was executed after the database clean up activity.
I have attached screenshots from the polyspace access. One which highlights the results before the clean up activity (comments visible in access) and the other which highlights the results after the clean up activity (comments erased from access).
Could you please explain to me why these comments have been erased? And what shall be done to retreive the comments that are added in the polyspace access?
Thank you.
Best Regards,
Narayan

What version of Polyspace Access do you have? If you did an update of the version, can you also let us know that?

That is certainly due to problem detected in release R2020b due to clean up feature. See https://fr.mathworks.com/support/bugreports/details/2463835
