multistart with lsqnonlin to find the global minimum

I am using multistart with lsqnonlin to find the global minimum. I set the multistart to run 100 times. However, after runing the scrits, the multistart only finished 2 out of 100 local solver runs and returned the following information. Does anyone know why?
2 out of 100 local solver runs converged with a positive local solver exit flag.
xmultinonlin = 0.0101
