Matlab working with vpn IPv6

Hello, in my organization we use a software to connect to the VPN in order to check-out a license to run Matlab, we found that Matlab work fine with the VPN software that uses IPv4 but not with the one that use IPv6. It´s there any kind of update or known solution for this?
