I have two arrays that I want to divide a specific way

I have two cell arrays (A and B), both arrays are 100x31. I want to divide the two arrays in a specfic way. I want to divide row 1 in array A by row 1 in array B, and so on. I want to do that over all rows creating a new array that is also 100x31.

I tried to just divide the two arrays like so:

C=A/B

and this created a new vector with lengths 100x101.

Isn't that just the same as dividing element by element A(i,j)/B(i,j) ?
