Saving report as variable name

I am using report generator to make several reports and save them with a name as a variable. This worked fine last week, but I am running it again and I keep getting an error
When creating a word document:
openjade.exe:1411106:1:0:E: end of document in prolog
When creating a .pdf:
javax.xml.transform.TransformerException: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException; Premature end of file.
Any idea why this may be happening?
