makemid error: can't read driver function pannel

I have a 64 bit windows machine, with NI-scope 3.8 installed and running just fine but can't get any further on the demo below because I get this error. I need to get data from a National Instruments PCI-5105 Digitizer board installed. I can operate the board with NI-Scope front pannel software. One other thing I have two drives and don't know if I need to set this toolbox to scan a diffrent drive for the drivers.

I have the same problem with Ni-Scope driver 3.9.7.

makemid('niScope') gives me error: The driver function panel could not be read.

When I try to import in midedit, I get "An error occurred while reading the file".

Any solutions?
