A webpage with the URL "http://se​rvices.mat​hworks.com​/daws/scc" appears everytime I open my MATLAB. My version is R2017b.

A webpage with the URL "http://services.mathworks.com/daws/scc" appears everytime I open my MATLAB. The webpage is blank with no content in it. My version is R2017b. Can anybody help me regarding this?
