Can Matlab software simulate different grades of fuels burning in an Large Diesel Engine?

I am a researcher at PhD level. I am doing research on Hydrogen fuel burning in a Marine diesel engine. At present marine engines burn Heavy fuel oil which containes verious impurities also Carbon element being from a hydrocarbon group. Futurastic engines are likely to use hydrogen as fuel. I wish to do the reasearch on engine performance when hydrogen is used as fuel.

Do you have any software wherein I can give all data of existing fuel characteristics and output of such fuel burning and get an anaswer when I change fuel to new fuel whose specifications are known?

The tools could be used to create this type of simulation, but you'd have to build it from the ground up.
