Algorithm to remove Reflected signal

Hello, I have two set of datas from sensor one in the Right end of the tube and other on the left side which measures the sound waves .These sensor gives information (amplitude ,time ) ,but these amplitude has noise reflection coefficient as well .I would like to remove the reflection coefficient.. Do any know which algorithm will better to remove the reflection coefficient ?
