Simulation and experimental results not the same when switching frequency or sampling time is changed

Hi,
I want to see the difference when the switching frequency (fsw) or the sampling time of the control (Ts) is changed. I am using 'mcb_pmsm_foc_qep_f28379d_SIUnit.slx' example with BOOSTXL-3PhGaNInv and Teknic2310P motor.
When I raise the fsw (the example is at 20kHz) or decrease de Ts the obtained results from the simulation does not match the experimental ones. I tried to implement an inverter model taking into account the switching orders of the commutation instead de average model of the example but I didn't obtain similar results to the experimental ones.
My question are the following ones:
-How can I make the simulation's behaviour from the example, approach to what is happening in the real setting?
-How can I know which are the limitations in fsw and Ts values?
Thank you

I would like to request you to provide more information to understand the issue.
The value of "Ts" for which you are observing the difference in the experimental and simulation results.
Also what are the differences in the experimental and simulation results observed by you. Please share the screenshots if possible.
