I am running Transmission of a QPSK Waveform Using USRP(R) E3xx program and Reception of a QPSK Waveform Using USRP(R) E3xx program using USRP E310. I follow all of the instruction and running the program as instructed. But after I run the those two program, it is supposed to be a "Hello World ###" message being decoded in the receiver side, but actually I got a random symbol being decoded. And also, even if the transmission program is not running, the receiver side still decoded random symbol. I have followed the instruction on how to troubleshooting that is suggested.
Anyone know what is the problem?

Hello Rafi,
I understand that you are facing issue in transmission and reception of a QPSK waveform using USRP E310. Please follow the below steps to resolve the issue.
1) Configure the transmitter with right parameters such as frequency, gain and sampling rate etc.
2) Verify that the receiver configuration is aligned with the transmitter, ensuring it is adjusted to the right center frequency, sampling rate and gain.
3) Check the antennas are properly installed and are facing the correct direction for optimal signal reception.
4) Since you are receiving random symbols even when the transmission is not active, external interferences and noise could be contributing factors. Please shift the operating frequency to a less occupied band to overcome the issue.
