How can I replace existing dataset in a signal builder if I am adding/appending new datasets programmatically ?

Hi, I am trying to replace existing dataset in a signal builder block in Simulink model, on appending new datasets to it which has 'n' number of signals programmatically using Matlab script. Any feedback on how the existing dataset can be replaced is appreciated.
