Solving nonlinear integral equation

I need to solve this integral equation:
H(i),P, and W are unknowns. I want to use trapezoidal rule for integral and then solve the nonlinear algebraic equations with Newtonian method.I don't know how should I calculate Jacobian matrix.I read that the derivative H' is calculated at midpoints. I really appreciate your help.
