Chemical reaction model in accompany with CFD

I am trying to model a SOFC and I need help.

Basically, NH3 is entering a very small channel and decompose. Then the H2 is react with an Anode to produce electricity.

I am looking for help to model the 1-chemical reaction and 2-flow.
