zero crossing with proportional resonant controller

Hey guys do you know whether is possible to track the blue waveform with a zero crossing as shown in the picture below? The green waveform is the one I tracked using a Proportional Resonant controller, but the problem is that it is not tracking the zero crossing, it runs straight through it.

I wonder a way of going through this.
