Hello.
For phase shift analysis in interferometry and spectral analysis, sometimes automatic finding of peak width of the data is required.
For my case, peak location is simply obtained by using max function but don't know which function I can use to detect peak width.
Could you suggest relevant function for me?

What do you mean by peak width? A bit more explanation would be easier to understand your requirement, and hence, answer your question. Thanks.

You can start at the top of the peak and "fall down" either side until you get to either (A) half way down the peak to get a common full width half max (FWHM), or (B) until the signal starts increasing again. You can use a for loop to do either of those methods.
