Runge Kutta 4th order in RL circuit

hi everyone. I have a question about Runge Kutta 4th order method .I have a RL circuit and values R=10;L=0.1;e=10;t0=0;i0=0;h=0.001; and I solved the equation and I found this function f=(100-(100*i)).But in matlab I made some mistakes and I m exhausted.How can i use Runge Kutta 4th order method in this function pls can you help me?
