Issue with standalone app after compiling

Hello everyone,

So I finished my app and opted for the Standalone App creation through the Matlab Compiler(web).

Then I installed my app as intended to Program Files, while the compile output folders(path) were located on Desktop.

Although the app did fucntion properly, it could not save any output files to Program Files, hence giving the Windows error sound.

Is there any issue with my path selection? Installing the app to the same fodler as the compiler output works fine.

Yes, Windows doesn't allow most programs to save anything under the Program Files folder. You'll have to pick another folder to save to, like C:\Users\Public\Documents\MATLAB for example. Or on a different drive. Or else, like you said, don't install it under Program Files.
