I am trying to use the crossvalind but it throws up the error shown in the description above, does anyone know why this is coming up as an error? I have given values to all of the required parameters.
outsidef = 10;
outer_Indices = crossvalind('K_fold', size(Trainset,1), outsidef);

'Kfold' not 'K_fold'

According to the documentation page for crossvalind the value of the first input (listed as cvMethod on that page) that selects K-fold validation is 'Kfold' not 'K_fold'. Remove the underscore.
