I want to add a number of "axes components" onto a GUIDE fig. This number of axes can vary, depends of number specified in one variable. Sometimes 12, sometimes 20, ... Would be good to have fixed size per plot but have the area scrollable to see the other plots. Please help me.

The examples given in this technical note should help you: How do I implement Scroll-Bars to scroll through my huge GUI in MATLAB 7.6 (R2008a)?

Hi,
Thanks a lot for help. My main issue was how to "add a number of "axes components" onto a GUIDE fig. This number of axes can vary, depends of number specified in one variable. Sometimes 12, sometimes 20, "
The other part was "Would be good to have fixed size per plot but have the area scrollable to see the other plots."
Do you maybe know something this first part? Thanks for the second. I am going to try.

I would recommend using subplot.
