break x axis in matlab

Hello!

I haven't managed to use the 'break x axis' function in order to use it on a diagramm like this:

I want to break the x axis two times. The first time I want to hide the range of values between -100 and -10. The second time I want to hide the range between 10 and 100. For accuracy, my purpose is to focus on the range between -10 and 10.

I would appreciate it very much if someone help me, because I'm at my last of my thesis.
