how to plot k-means output

Hi
I am a real rookie and strtring with baby steps. I need to calculate a cluster and then to plot it (diferent colors for the clusters and for the centroids. I am using kmeans and got the result.
So it looks OK
Now I need to plot the clusters with diffrent colors as well as the centroids.
How do I do it?
