Using Symbolic toolbox for solving a system of non linear equations

I am trying to solve a system of three highly non linear equations in three variables, but symbolically. I have tried using 'solve' but it returns an error saying that the system contains an equation of an unknown type. Is there any other function I may use? Thanks for any suggestions.

I'd first try to eliminate the error.

If an explicit solution can not be found using symbolic math, use fsolve.

@Torsten, thank you for your reply. Actually I couldnt understand which equation is of an unknown type. And I NEED a solution in symbolic form only!!! Is there a way out?

If you post your equations and the call to MATLAB's "solve", maybe someone can help.
