how can i take the Fourier transformer from light signal by matlab where the light signal is vector (1*999)

i have signal of vector (1*999) from 87 data every data have this vector i am already red all the data i want make loop for take the Fourier transformer from the vector (1*999) for every data but i don't now the function Fourier transformer in matlab
