Installation stopping at 83?

Why does the installation process end at 83 of 684? I don't know if this could be considered as bug 'cause every time I redownload and re-installed, it really doesn't go past 83 of MATLAB 8.4 installation process. So I thought there might've been a subprocess or more sub-installations that I lack. I'm still trying the trial student version.
