MPC problem

Hi, when i am trying to design a MPC controller for my plant model using transfer function i am getting the following error. Could any one please help me regarding this?
Error: Simulation using the "scenario 1" will not run. Diagonstic information as follows error ID=MPC:utility:kalman1, message=problem encountered when designing overall state observer.......
