I was asked to draw the magnetic flux of a current leaving the page ( x axis on a right handed system). It can be as general as possible, but I have no idea how to handle this matlab wise.
I think I should use quiver somehow .
Would appreciate any help.

Draw what you want to achieve with pen on paper and upload the image here.

As per my understanding, a symbol (as shown in the image) of the drawing of the magnetic flux line is required. In MATLAB this can be plotted using three “polaraxes” when plotted in the same figure. The “polaraxes” need to be assigned to their respective handles to use their properties as shown below.
outer=polaraxes();
hold on
middle=polaraxes();
inner=polaraxes();
%Now change the properties like position, ticklabels, colors etc using the
%handle of each axes to obtain the desired figure.Then save the figure as
%the desired format(.jpeg,.png,.emf)
For detailed information about “polaraxes” the following MATLAB documentation can be referred:
Hope this is helpful in resolving the query.

I get that the question was never clear enough to be answered, but how is this an answer to the question? OP asked the question a year ago, so being extra-vague isn't preventing them from cheating. There's no clear reason you'd need one polaraxes, let alone three.
If you can't identify an answer to a question, then don't go blindly regurgitating responses from ChatGPT or a magic 8-ball.
