I have a model with bunch of resolved signals, I need to run the model several times and each time I need to log some signals and save them as dataset, so how I can programmatically log some signals using signals names ?

When you say "model" do you mean a Simulink model? A Simscape model?
Has the model been configured for single output (as is recommended these days) ?

Simulink model, I don't know what do you mean about single output, but the model is a subsystem that contains some sub-subsystems, I need to run it as a black box but taking into consideration some signals that are not the output of that model, they are abstracted signals between these sub-subsystems

https://www.mathworks.com/help/simulink/ug/accessing-signal-logging-data.html shows how to access the logging data after simulating a model.

Thank you for help, is there another way to programmatically logging the data using resolved signals names instead of using block name and port index ?
