matlab请教两个​矩阵同时按列（一其中​一个矩阵为主）排列顺​序。

这是程序编码，在经过希尔伯特变换后求得，相位幅值图，在对相位矩阵和幅值矩阵进行绘图时发生问题，散点图可以，但是plot不行，想对两个矩阵排顺序，请教这该如何，变换。
