Importing data from adv file

I am trying to import data from ADV as an adv file, once I ran the code all my matrix are NAN value

how can I fix this problem?

Is ADV "Acoustic Doppler Velocimeter" in this context? Is it the Nortek Acoustic Doppler Velocimeter specifically? I see a claim that "Nortek provides software tools for converting raw/binary '.vec' files to Matlab"

https://www.nortekgroup.com/software mentions BIN2MAT but indicates it is obsolete.

Possibly WinADV can do conversions; I am not currently seeing a description of its capabilities.

I have not found a description of the details of the .adv file format yet.
