大家好：
我试过好多次都无法安装arduino的硬件支持包，都显示arduino.cc无法连接。后来我直接上arduino.cc官网，发现确实下载不了。希望哪位下载了arduino安装包的同学能共享一下，非常感谢！
另外有谁知道altera的支持包为什么不能下载，quartus和HDL coder我都安装了，难道还需要什么吗？求解答！
