Why do I receive a "Failed to load bundle" error regarding "dastudio.dll" when trying to launch Simulink?

While everything worked fine a few days ago, when I now try to launch Simulink R2022b, it fails with an error similar to the following:
Failed to load bundle #474: C:\ProgramFiles\MATLAB\R2022b\bin\win64\dastudio.dll

This issue is commonly caused if antivirus software suspects that a file from your MATLAB installation is harmful and quarantined it. In this particular case, users reported that Avast or AVG antivirus software has detected a "Win64:Evo-gen [Trj]" threat inand thus quarantined that file.
C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2022b\bin\win64\libmwxtester_core_mi.dll
By using a service such as https://virustotal.com, it can be verified that many other antivirus tools did not find a threat in that DLL. Therefore, we suspect this is a false positive warning from Avast and AVG and recommend that you get in touch with Avast and AVG to verify the behavior and potentially update their virus definitions.
To resolve the issue, open your antivirus software, navigate to the "Quarantine" menu, and release libmwxtester_core_mi.dll and dastudio.dll from quarantine to be able to successfully launch Simulink.
