How to make prediction using CNN regression model?

Hello.

I'm trying to make a cnn regression model.

It this answer, I want to analysis 'predicted data vs observer data R Squares' graph.

So in attached file, I want to predict the accuracy of observed (%) data with values from 100nm to 600nm. it is maybe sequence to sequence method.

How can I make a cnn regression model.
