I have reinstalled matlab 2019a (moved to new laptop). For some reason, when debugging in AppDesigner, it doesn't follow the current line.
i.e., when setting a break point at a certain line and pressing F5, the display stays on the last position and i need to manualy look for the position of the curser. It doesn't happen on the matlab itself but only in AppDesigner.

I have downloaded the installation package of R2019a from matlab website, so i guess that's the latest version. Am i right?
I have tried checking for updates (Home --> Help --> Check for updates --> Products). It checks for updates for about a minute and then i get the message "Check for updates unable to connect".
I have update 9 (9.6.0.1472908).

As a workaround you can set the Highlight Current Line in the Editor/Debugger preferences.
I have seen this error too (in R2022b) but haven't found a fix. (BTW the cursor moves while debugging but there is nothing more visualized))

I suggest contacting support to report this (both the R2019a and R2022b issues).
