how to disconnect motor from battery?

I have a charging and discharging controller for battery. While Charging the battery, DC motor also running. How to disconnect or decouple the battery and motor during charging of battery.

The simplest way to do this is to add a breaker or ideal switch to the model to connect disconnect the motor while charging.
