I cannot get Matlab Drive Connector to work on my Mac

HI, I am having problems getting Matlab drive to connect to my online account.

When I follow directions on matlab, it will not connect.

When I try to download/connect from the Matlab app, I get an error "MATLAB Drive folder cannot be found. To select an existing folder or create a new folder, open MATLAB Drive Connector." No option to do anything but to close the popup - see attached screenshot.

Thank you for any help!

I've tried several ways to get this to connect but cannot see my files in the online MATLAB version.

additional note: Matlab drive online does not show any files when I am signed in.

It is my understanding that you are having problems connecting to MATLAB Drive. Since you are using MATLAB App make sure that you have installed MATLAB Drive Connector properly. You can refer to MATLAB documentation to install the MATLAB Drive connector.

If you have MATLAB Drive Connector installed, you can access your MATLAB Drive files and folders on your system. You can refer to MATLAB Documentation to access files in your MATLAB Drive from this link.
