How to have two physical signal for 1 signal port (2-way directional valve)

I have a 2-way directional valve (TL) that allows flow from a tank. I want to be able to control the valve manually (open/closed) but also have it close automatically if the volume in the tank is less than the minimum volume. I have the controls for both scenarios in my model but I am unsure how to connect both to the (S) port of the valve.

Update: I have incorprated a 'MinMax' to select the correct signal. this is working for me just now.
