How to read .ard file created by ANSYS Fluent

Hello
I would like to read .ard file created by ANSYS Fluent's Ffowcs Williams Hakings model (Acoustic model) by using matlab. The file include the acoustic pressure data and corresponding time like the figure below. I'm currently ploting the data using matlab after copying and pasting them into excel. But it is very time cosuming. Do you have any idea to make matlab directly read this .ard file?

Use readmatrix . You might need to use 'headerlines', 4 as an option, and possibly 'FileType', 'text'
