Hi all,
I'm interested in using volshow or a similar function to display my volumetric data. However, I have multiple 3D images I would like to look at on the same plot, and it isn't clear to me how to do that with volshow. Ideally, I would combine volshow with an existing 3D image (surface mesh) I've produced with another method.
Thanks!

Hi,
To display volumetric data using "volshow", you can refer the following documentation:
If you are working with medical volumetric data, the following references would be of help,
To combine "volshow" with an existing 3-D image that you generated, you can follow the example provided in:

I looked through the blocked-volume link that you provided, but I see nothing there about combining volshow with existing 3-D images ?

There is no apparent way to combine volshow() with anything else. The volume object returned by volumeViewer() does not have an axes . The Parent property of the volume object does have an Axes property but it is a non-standard axes that has no Parent property so it cannot be re-parented to a different location.
