I want to tune my PI controller for a voltage controller that produces current reference for a boost converter current controller in simulink using Frequency Response Estimation(to obtain Bode plots).I need to select proper linear analysis points but I don't know what kind of point to choose and where to put them on the signals in my model. Can you help me?I've attached my simulink file too.
Thanks in advance

If you want to do frequency response estimation, then please refer to this example . You will want to add linear analysis points in exactly the same way as shown there.
In general, through, I would recommend to follow the workflow described here. I tried it and it works fine on your model. The only thing is that when you inject step change into the model, make step amplitude high enough - I tried 30. Then identify first order transfer function from simulation data and use it for PId tuning.
Hope this helps.
