How to obtain a MATLAB licence number from the instructors in a MATLAB essentials coursework (free audit track)

I am facing trouble running a setup script in MATLAB to access the course files. I am using a basic version of MATLAB online for the enrolled coursework: MATLAB essentials. I have a setupMATLABessentials.mlx file which i am trying to upload on the MATLAB cloud driver, but without linking my account to the licence, I am unable to do so.

You should be able to just drag and drop a file into your current folder browser in MATLAB Online.

There is a free license for MATLAB Online associated with this course. You should probably associate your account with this license instead. It will ensure you have access to the toolboxes you will need to complete the course.

There should be a module at the start of the course that contains instructions on how to gain access to the course license.
