Can I implement wired and wireless TSN using Matlab?

TSN is a time sensitive networking, the operation of this tecchnology bases on the MAC and Physical OSI layers and I am going to implement this tecnology using Matlab, my quesion is about the ability of doing this project using Matlab, to get the openion of Matlab experts before starting my project.

You will not find much support for this in MATLAB. Practical implementations of OSI are getting scarcer; they are not used much now except for one protocol for exchanging routing tables. In practice the Internet Protocol Suite has pretty much taken over.
