Problem in Uploading Arduino Server

Hey,

I am working with Arduino Uno and MATLAB. While trying to upload Arduino servo (in Setup of MATLAB Arduino Support packing). I stuck at one point mentioned in the picture. I uploaded it before without any error but this time, I don't know why it is showing an error. Please help me asap. Thank you. I verified port from Arduino IDE.
