The covering salesman problem

I am trying to learn and code the CSP or Covering Tour Problem which is a variant of Travelling salesman problem. However there are some issues that I cannot understand. Is there any example for CSP or CTP Matlab code?

I understand that you want any example of "common spatial pattern" in MATLAB. Search in File Exchange for Common Spatial Pattern, there are references for CSP.
