How can I add a Schottky diode to my simulink project?

I am planning to simulate a dickson rectifier that require schottky diodes in the circuit simulation. It will be highly appreciated if anyone here knows how to add it

Check the Diode block in Simscape Electrical. A good strating point is this example:
