Termine mi curso de MATLAB Onramp pero cuando descargo el certificado me aparece 0%, que debo hacer

termine todo mi curso y todo aparece completado al 100%, pero cuando descargo el certificado aparece 0%, entonces necesito saber urgentemente que hago.

Si lo hiciste en la versión de escritorio, abre el curso, da clic en el ícono (?) junto a tu nombre, luego selecciona "Matlab Central", te redirigirá a Matlab en el navegador con tu sesión iniciada, busca en "mi cuenta", luego en "mis cursos" y ahí aparecerá que lo has completado y puedes descargar el certificado.

To begin with, ensure that the Login ID used is the same as the one which was used to complete the MATLAB onramp. You can visit the following link to view the completion status of the onramp and download your certificate: https://matlabacademy.mathworks.com/details/matlab-onramp/gettingstarted

If the completion status is 0%, then it is potentially because there is a different version selected on the course page. You can resolve this by modifying the version on the online page to match the version on your desktop. You can do so by accessing the settings as shown in the screenshot below:
