Can't open .m file in matlab 2023a/2023b. Insted of open command line.

After install 2023a or 2023b, I can't open .m file in matlab or open .m file from folder. Insted of after run .m file open many command lines before I'll close matlab completely.
Where is the mistake? Matlab installation classic.
Everything works fine on another computer.

I did that too. even matlab is installed in the default folder.

There is a File Exchange contribution for "File Association Fix". It probably does not handle all of the latest file types but it should handle this
