The Linearization Manager is not showing

Hello, I'm using MATLAB version 2022a and I have Control System Toolbox installed and up to date. In Simulink, I click the Apps tab and there is only Model Discritizer showing. I want to use the Linearization Manager but it's not showing. Can you help me?

I needed to add Simulink Control Design toolbox. Apparently the linearization manager is not included in Control System Toolbox.
